Ingredients:
Drain the soaked beans. Bring water to a boil in a large pot, add the beans, and the aromatics. When cooked, drain, add salt and 2 tbsp red wine vinegar.
In a small bowl whisk together salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice.
In another bowl massage the sliced red onion with salt, rinse, drain and add to the beans. Quarter the eggs, place on the beans, pour the dressing over, garnish with sumac and red pepper flakes, serve.
