Nema Beef cubes (2 lb)
1 tsp Flora sunflower oil
1 can RO*TEL diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 tsp Oncu tomato paste
1 cups warm water
1 tsp Botany dried oregano
salt
1 tsp Botany black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 bay leaves (optional)
Heat the oil in a medium pot, add the beef and brown all sides. Add the tomatoes, paste, water, garlic, salt, pepper and the bay leaves, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat until the meat is fork tender. Add the oregano, simmer for another minute, remove from heat. Enjoy!
