500 gr. Ipek Wheat Flour 250 gr. Muratbey Breakfast Butter 1 cup coarsely ground walnuts
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 boxes of Piyale powdered sugar ( adjust the sugar as to your liking, you can use less)
Melt the butter on low heat adding the vegetable oil. Add the walnuts and the flour and brown on low heat for almost an hour. Remove from the heat, mix in the powdered sugar gradually, transfer to serving plate immediately, enjoy warm.
