2 sea bass
1 sprig of rosemary
2 tsp Botany Oregano
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/3 cup Marmara Birlik extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Clean and wash the fish under running water, drain and make 2-3 slits on both sides with a sharp knife. In a large bowl combine the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary and garlic. Marinate the fish in this mix in the fridge for 2-3 hours. You can grill the fish on the outdoor grill, indoor grill or under the broil until the skin is crispy and golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with fresh tomatoes, green peppers, lettuce and lemon slices.
